My take on the firings of Treasury Secretary Paul O'Neill and White House economic adviser Larry Lindsey appear today in Canada's National Post and will be posted Monday on the paper's website.

Correction

My column on the backpage of the current NR lists universities at which the great Islamic scholar Bat Ye'or was received discourteously. I erroneously included Brown on the list. In fact, her lecture at Brown was heard politely and attentively, and I apologize both to Bat Ye'or and to Brown.
