Did Romney Really Say That?!

It's reported here that Mitt Romney apparently explicitly ruled out appointing Americans of Muslim faith to cabinet level positions. I have to believe that the governor was misquoted or misunderstood. But if not, it should be stressed now: whoever wins the Republican nomination for 2008, Zalmay Khalilzad ought to head the list of candidates for the next Republican Secretary of State.
